Description
Il Nerone della Marchesa is our red wine of excellence. Its name is dedicated to the man, uncle Gino, who passed on his passion for the vine to Sergio,a great landowner, very much loved but feared by everyone because of his grumpy character, in fact he was given the nickname of the famous tyrant Nerone, but at the same time very sensitive as to cultivate the vineyard, and the one who gave him the first scissors to learn how to prune and who accompanied him in this work for many years. Pure Trojan grape in every single bottle merges the inherited skill that starts from the care of the plants and reaches the palate passing through the refinement in French oak barrels for one year. A small rigorous production, the choice of a small land of the vine in which this difficult vine gives life to the highest expression of this its kind taken care of by the skilled hands of man in a magical balance in structure and freshness, revealing hints of red plums and blackberries, dictating the rules of the territory which do not only influence, but generate and decide the fate of pleasure. Ruby red color, fruity and soft aroma is the melody to which accompany for example good full-bodied dish such as our ragù (pasta with meatsauce) of red meats, roasts, stews and cheeses with a strong taste, better if aged, wonderfully is expressed as an accompaniment to bruschetta with cherry tomatoes and wild rocket and the final idyll of a few drops of our excellent Coratina oil.
